Zoning Board of Appeals July 20, 2006

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Al Short.

Present:   Short, Kuntzleman, Roedema, Jaquays

Absent:   Miller

The purpose of this meeting is to review and approve the minutes of the June 2006 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting.

Motion was made by Beth Kuntzleman and supported by Bob Roedema to amend the minutes of the June 15, 2006 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting as follows:

“It was moved by Beth Kuntzleman to grant a 16’ variance as requested allowing the front yard setback to be 77’ instead of the 93’.   Seconded by Bob Roedema.   The motion had the unanimous vote of approval.”

Motion carried.
