V04-4 Charles E. & Lynda A. Lang 1535 S. Dearing Rd. (#000-12-03-176-004-00) for a variance from the side yard setback, requirement 20’, request for a 10’ setback, difference of 10’.

 

Motion was made by Beth Kuntzleman that the variance request be approved based on a minimum distance of 10’ from the Eave of Porch addition to the North side of the property line. Second by Bob Roedema . Motion carried.
