Brown, Linda R. Brown and Brad Vancalberg
V03-11 James E. Brown, 1201 Chapel Rd. (#000-12-04-126-001-01) for
a variance from the side yard setback, requirement 30’, request
for a 10’ setback; difference of 20’.
William Jaquays moved that the variance be granted for a 30’
x 40’ structure with a side yard setback of 10’ from
the north property line.
The original application was for a 10’ side yard setback from
the south property line.
After discussion with neighbor and consultation with the applicants,
the building location was moved from the south property line to
the north property line.
Second by Bob Roedema, unanimous approval of board.
V03-12 Brad Vancalberg, 2525 Riegel Rd., (#000-12-05-251-001-07
Riegel Rd.) for a variance from the rear yard setback, requirement
50’, request for a 20’ setback; difference of 30’.
David Herlein moved that the variance be granted as requested. Second
by Bob Roedema, unanimous approval of board.
