Visitors: Ruth Scott, Sally Arnett, Kelly Kidder

V04-3 Sally Arnett 7461 McCain Rd. (#000-12-09-201-001-01) for a variance from the front yard setback., requirement 60’, request for a 46’ setback, difference of 14’.

Ruth Scott presented the Township position that the building was not set back the required 60’ from the property’s front line.

Sally Arnett presented her request for a variance.

Committee member requested to hear from Dick Renner about information provided by Sally Arnett concerning a building permit for a pole barn on agriculture zoned property.

The meeting was recessed at 8:00 pm and another session was scheduled for Thursday, August 26, 2004 at 7:00 p.m.
