Rationale for approval:

•  Previous building on campus received variance from the 35’ height restriction.

•  Height of building conforms with other buildings on campus.

•  Sufficient use of lands by building a three story building.

 

Motion made to grant the variance by David Herlein and seconded by Bob Roedema.   Roll Call Vote:
