for a 15’ setback; difference of 15’.
Beth
Kuntzleman moved that the application V04-2 be granted as requested,
seconded by William Jaquays . All members present voted to approve
the variance.
The
approval of ZBA file V04-2 is limited to this variance request.
Any future variance for this property will be subject to a new application
for variance and submitted to the Spring Arbor Zoning Board of Appeals.
