V03-01 Fritz Advertising for Weatherwax Pharmacy, 8012 Spring Arbor Rd., Spring Arbor, MI 49283, for a variance to allow two signs. The request is to have a sign at each entrance of the building. #000-12-16-430-014-08

Present: Al Short, David Herlein, Bill Jaquays

Absent: Beth Kuntzleman, B. Roedema

Dave Herlein moved that the variance be granted to allow 2 signs attached to the building. The south end sign would be allowed an additional 10 sq. ft. Second by Bill Jaquays. It was also noted that the sign on the south side would have the following specifications: letters for “Weatherwax Pharmacy” will be 27’ in length and 18” high, the length will be from the start of the “W” to the end of the “Y” in “Pharmacy”. The sign on the west side to be the same.

Unanimous vote of approval.
