Spring Arbor Township Board Minutes: April 14, 2003: (Special Meeting)

A special board meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Board was held Monday, April 14, 2003, at 6:30 p.m., with the following members present: Supervisor Will DeGraaf, Clerk Randi DeVries, Treasurer Gloria Melchiori, Trustees Marston Fortress, Troy Ganton and Brent Williams.

Absent: Trustee Patricia Short.

Guest: Jack Voss, Insurance Consultant
The purpose of the meeting was to review the insurance policy carried by the township for property and liability.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Insurance Review. Jack Voss, Insurance Consultant, provided the board members with a prepared summary of the township insurance coverage. He suggested changes for certain parts of the insurance coverage and commended the township overall for the coverages that were in place. The board members also asked questions of Mr. Voss.

Adjournment. Motion was made by Ganton and supported by DeVries to adjourn at 7:30 p.m.
