Planning Commission Minutes - September 4, 2007

The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Fortress on Tuesday September 4, 2007 at 7:30 PM at the Township Hall.

Members Present : Fortress, Williams, Melville, Roth, Jacobson, Poole , Herlein.

Members Absent : Short, Holton.

On motion by Roth, with support from Poole , to approve the August minutes as read. Motion carried.

Zoning Issues:

Motion by Jacobson, support by Williams, recommend to approve rezoning parcel # 165-12-16-351-034-00 from RS-1 to RM-1 as requested by Spring Arbor University to the Township Board.

Upon motion by Roth, supported by Melville, the meeting adjourned at 7:52 PM.
