Planning Commission 06-05-07

The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Al Short on Tuesday June 5, 2007 at 7:30 PM at the Township Hall.

Members Present : Fortress (7:35 PM), Roth, Jacobson, Short, Holton, Melville, Poole , Herlein.

Members Absent : Williams.

Acting Chair Al Short handed meeting over to Chair Fortress.

On motion by Holton, with support from Jacobson, to approve May 1, 2007 minutes. Motion carried.

Hearing for amendment of Zoning Ordinance Section 7:

As no members of the public were present, there was no public comment.

Motion by Jacobson, second by Melville to recommend to the Township Board adoption of the proposed changes to Section 7.10 and 7.13 (attached) as presented. Motion carried.

Upon motion by Poole , supported by Holton, the meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM.
