The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Fortress on Tuesday May 1, 2007 at 7:30 PM at the Township Hall.

Members Present : Fortress, Roth, Jacobson, Short, Holton, Melville, Poole .

Members Absent : Williams.

Motion by Holton, with support from Poole , to approve the April minutes as read. Motion carried.

Public Comments: Kevin Ganton of Ganton Retirement Center came to address the Planning Commission concerning their plans for renovation, county bed space and state approvals.

Upon motion by Poole , supported by Holton, the meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM .
