Planning Commission Minutes - October 2, 2007

The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Fortress on Tuesday October 2, 2007 at 7:55 PM at the Township Hall.

Members Present : Holton, Williams, Melville, Jacobson, Herlein, Fortress.

Members Absent : Roth, Poole , Short.

On motion by Jacobson, with support from Holton, to approve the September minutes as read. Motion carried.

New Business:

SAU has requested an extension to paving the Howe St. lot until June 2009 by letter to the township. On motion by Melville, and supported by Williams, we are honoring the request to extend paving of the Howe St. lot until June 2009. We strongly recommend SAU lay gravel to improve the drainage issues.

Upon motion by Jacobson, supported by Williams, the meeting adjourned at 8:15 PM.
