Planning Commission Minutes - December 4, 2007

December 4, 2007
The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was
called to order by Chairman Fortress on Tuesday, Dec 4, 2007, at 7:30
p.m. in the Township hall.

Members Present: Ken Melville, Robert Poole, Roy Holton, Marston Fortress,
Carl Jacobson, Richard Roth and Dave Herlein.

Members Absent: John Williams

Motion was made by Holton and supported by Jacobson to approve the minutes
from the November 6, 2007 Planning Commission meeting; carried.

A moment of silence was observed for Al Short as suggested by Robert Poole in

honor of his passing.

New Business:

A general discussion took place in reference to staffing of the Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals.  The commission members also discussed drainage and sewer issues in the "village" area.

Motion was made by Roth and supported by Poole to adjourn the meeting at
8:07 p.m.
