The meeting was called to order by Chairman Fortress at 7:30 pm. Present were: D. Evans, C. Jacobson, A. Short, M. Fortress, J. Williams, R. Roth and K. Melville. Absent were: E. Poleski and R. Holton.

 

Visitors were: Maureen Paruta , Vanessa Dinn , James Tarnowski and Ruth Scott.

 

The minutes of the November 2, 2004 meeting were approved.

 

Conditional Use Permit C04-5 – Tree House Get-A-Ways, 5750 Slayton Rd. (#000-12-02-176-001-03) Mrs. Ruth Scott explained the House Layout and Parking Area of the Tree House Getaways with input by M. Paruta , V. Dinn and J. Tarnowski . A motion by Williams, seconded by Roth to grant the applicants (Tree House Get-A-Ways at 5570 Slayton Rd.) a conditional use for a Section 5.24 “Bed and Breakfast establishment”. Included in this motion is the business plan submitted by the applicants, with the following amendments.

 

1. Parking limited to 8 cars.
2. Only breakfast may be prepared on site and all other meals shall be catered by outside vendors.
3. Maximum of 12 guests.

 

Motion passed 7-0.

 

Mrs. Ruth Scott passed out the latest addition of the Land Use Plan for study that will be reviewed at a special meeting Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at 7:30 pm.

 

As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
