Planning Commission Minutes 12.06.05

The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Fortress on Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at 7:30 PM at the Township Hall.

Members Present:   Evans, Fortress, Holton, Jacobson, Poleski, Roth, Short.

Members Absent:   Melville, Williams.

Visitors Present:   None.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF October 4, 2005 :

Motion by Holton, supported by Evans, to approve the minutes of the meeting of October 4, 2005 as presented.   Motion carried.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF November 1, 2005 :

Motion by Jacobson, supported by Roth, to approve the minutes of the meeting of November 1, 2005 as presented.   Motion carried.

Chair Fortress reminded the Commission that the January 2006 meeting will include a public hearing on the proposed Zoning Ordinance.  

Upon motion by Short, supported by Roth, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 PM .
