Planning Commission Minutes 11.01.05

The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Fortress on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at 7:30 PM at the Township Hall.

Members Present:   Fortress, Holton, Melville, Poleski, Roth, Short, Williams.

Members Absent:   Evans, Jacobson.

Visitors Present:   Diane Conant of Parma Township .

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF October 4, 2005 :

Deferred until next month’s meeting.

(We request Township Clerk to please distribute the latest draft of those minutes for the Commission’s review, and please have hard copies of the minutes at the December meeting)

PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING MASTER PLAN:

The Commission notes that the Public Hearing was properly noticed.

Short and Poleski presented the Land Use Committee’s draft of the Master Plan.

We need the Sewer and Water plans added as an Appendix to the Plan.   We ask the Township Clerk to arrange for those attachments.

Motion by Short, supported by Holton, to recommend this Plan to the Township Board for ratification.   Motion carried.

Upon motion by Holton, supported by Roth, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM.
