The meeting was called to order by Vice-Chairman Short. Those present were: R. Roth, J. Williams, A. Short, C. Jacobson, K. Melville, E. Poleski and D. Evans. Absent were: R. Holton and M. Fortress.

There were no minutes or agenda.
