Planning Commission Minutes: 07-06-04

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Fortress. Members present were: M. Fortress, C. Jacobson, D. Evans, A. Short, R. Roth, R. Holton, E. Poleski and J. Williams. Absent were: K. Melville

Visitors were: Ruth Scott, Pat Michael, Kelly Michael and Mike Kestersen .

The minutes of the June 22, 2004 meeting were approved.

Conditional Use Request #C04-2– Kowach , Inc., Chapel Heights Estates (#000-12-08-476-002-01)

Kowach requested a plan unit development conditional use permit for single family dwelling development. Al Short moved to recommend to the township board the granting of a conditional use permit for a planned unit development for single family dwellings subject to approval of the site plan for the project. Seconded by John Williams. Motion carried unanimously.

As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
