Planning Commision Meeting 6-3-2008

The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Poole on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Township hall.

Members Present: Ken Melville, Mel Rice, Robert Poole, Brent Williams, Dave Herlein, Carl Jacobson, Richard Roth and David Herlein.

Members Absent: Troy Ganton and LeRoy Holton. Visitors present: None

Motion was made by Jacobson and supported by Roth to approve the minutes from the May 6, 2008 Planning Commission meeting; carried.

Unfinished business: Correction of March 2008 Minutes Site Plan Review - (SPR08-02) Arbor Manor Condition 3 On motion by Jacobson & supported by Melville to amend condition 3 to read: storm drain agreement- Second St. North to the County drain. When the contracts are signed and the down payments paid by all parties the Township may issue permits for building. University, Church, Gantons. Carried
