Planning Commission Minutes: 04.06.04

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Fortress. Members present were: M. Fortress, C. Jacobson, R. Roth, J. Williams, E. Poleski, R. Holton and K. Melville. Absent were: D. Evans, and A. Short

Visitors were: Worth Videto, Steve Videto, Michael J. Sims, Brian L. Mygrants, Leonard Mygrants, Neal Jordon, Dorothy Jordon, Ruth Scott, Stan Lyon and Karen Booth-Haack.

The minutes of the March 1, 2004 meeting were approved.

Rezoning Request – Max Videto, Jr. TR (7259   Spring Arbor Rd.) #000-12-15-277-001-00

Steve and Worth Videto explained their reasons for the rezoning request of the property #000-12-15-277-001-00. Mr. Mygrants questioned if there would be any additional driveways off from Moscow Road. They stated that no additional driveways are anticipated at this time. Mr. Sims was concerned about the floor in the barns and water run-off. Karen Booth-Haack stated that she was not in favor of the zoning change. A motion by Williams, seconded by Holton to recommend a zoning change from AG-1 to C-3. Motion carried 7-0.

Mrs. Ruth Scott led us through the Site Plan Review with input from the Board. The additional changes will be prepared by Mrs. Scott and presented to the Board again.

As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:52 p.m.
