Planning Commission Minutes: 03.04.03

The Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Fortress at 7:30 p.m.

Present: R. Holton, M. Fortress, C. Jacobson, D. Evans, E. Poleski and J. Williams

Absent: R. Roth, K. Melville and A. Short

Visitors were: Steven A. White, Wanda White, Wilma Johantgen, Niles Johantgen, Mike Kesterson, Jack Ripstra, Warren A. Reed, Gloria Dewitt, Bruce Hildenbrand and Steve Francis.

Conditional Use Permit-AT&T Wireless #000-12-36-401-003-06
Site plan presented, job 24445 submitted March 4, 2003. The site should be on the east side, approximately _ mile with a 195 foot limit including public service. Conditions imposed by Planning Commission: “The proposed tower will be a monopole structure. The top section will be reserved for public service antenna. The height of the tower including any antennas will be no more than 195 feet.” Motion was made by R. Holton and seconded by D. Evans. Motion carried.

Site plan reviewed and sent to OMM Engineering for their review and recommendations.

Review Language for Open Space Preservation

Under Eligibility Criteria – 5.25.3 – “B” was deleted.

Open Density Banks – 5.25.5 – added size of 40 acres to be considered. Areas not Considered Open Space – The applicant must obtain a determination
from the D.E.Q. as to the number of acres to be considered a wetland or
submersed land.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:02 p.m.
