Planning Commission Minutes: 03.01.04

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Fortress. Members present were: D. Evans, M. Fortress, C. Jacobson, R. Roth, J. Williams, E. Poleski and K. Melville. Absent were: R. Holton and A. Short

Visitors were: Mike Kesterson , Bruce Hildebrandt and Ruth Scott.

The minutes of the February 3, 2004 meeting were approved.

Mr. Kesterson and Mr. Hildebrandt presented a preliminary review of the proposed completion of Gary Cummings’ Chapel Heights development on Chapel Road. A formal site plan will be presented in April or May for approval.

Mr. Kesterson and Mr. Hildebrandt provided an informational update on the progress and timing of their Greenbriar and Village Green developments.

As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
