Planning Commission Minutes: 02.04.03

The Planning Commission meeting was called to order by Chairman Fortress at 7:30 p.m.

Present: M. Fortress, C. Jacobson, D. Evans, R. Roth, E. Poleski, A. Short and J. Williams

Absent: K. Melville and R. Holton

Visitors were: Steven A. White, Wanda L. White, Wilma J. Johantgen, Niles G. Johantgen, Claudia Stiles and Warren A. Reed

Minutes of the January 7, 2003 meeting were approved.

Citizen Inquiries, Public Hearing
Site Plan Review-John Lucas (Dearing Rd.) Cambria Site Condominium #000-12-10-151-003-01. A motion by J. Williams and second by D. Evans to recommend approval. Motion passed unanimously.

Conditional Use Permit-AT&T Wireless
Come back with engineering showing that the present facilities do not and cannot meet the need. AT&T representative requested that no action take place by common consent.

New Apartment Building Site, South Dearing Rd., Spring Arbor
Eight unit apartment building (Holton). OMM Engineering recommended approval in the original site plan date 4-16-2002 and 7-2-2002.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
