Planning Commission 02-06-07

The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Fortress on Tuesday February 6, 2007 at 7:30 PM at the Township Hall.

Members Present: Fortress, Short, Jacobson, Holton, Melville, Poole , Roth.

Members Absent: Herlein, Williams.

Visitors Present: Jan Gardner

Approval of Minutes:

Motion by Holton, second by Melville to approve Jan. 2, 2007 minutes. Motion carried.

Zoning Ordinance Issues:

Motion by Short, second by Roth, to recommend to the Township Board adoption of proposed language change in Zoning Ordinance regarding signs. Approved. Carried.

Upon motion by Melville, supported by Holton, the meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM .
