Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission- February 5, 2008

The regular meeting of the Spring Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Fortress on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Township hall.

Members Present: Ken Melville, Robert Poole, Roy Holton, Marston Fortress, Carl Jacobson , Richard Roth and David Herlein.

Absent: John Williams.

Motion was made by Jacobson and supported by Holton to approve the minutes from the January 8, 2008 Planning Commission meeting; carried.

On motion by Jacobson and support by Melville, we recommend that the Township Planning Commission meet on an as-needed basis with the decision and notification to board members being made by the previous Wednesday; carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
