Planning Commission Minutes: 01.06.04

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Fortress. Those present were: R. Holton, D. Evans, M. Fortress, K. Melville, R. Roth and J. Williams. Absent were: A. Short, E. Poleski and C. Jacobson.

Visitor was Ruth Scott.

The minutes of the December 2, 2003 meeting were approved.

Received copies from Napoleon, Blackman and Summit townships concerning Sign Regulations. Mrs. Scott requested that we study them for future ordinance changes.

It was suggested that a three-man committee look at the Spring Arbor Township Master Plan and make recommendations to the Board of possible changes. A motion by Melville, seconded by Williams that the committee be composed of A. Short, C. Jacobson and E. Poleski . Approved 6-0.

As there was no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
